I started off going to Checkered Flag Honda to look at Civics and during a test drive Chris was nice enough to offer to go to another Checkered Flag location to look at Volkswagens as well. He was very knowledgeable of both types of cars and had all the answers I was looking for. Once at Checkered Flag Volkswagen I was also assisted by another Product Specialist, Ashton. She also possessed an incredible wealth of car knowledge and with the help of both Product Specialists I was able to find a car that was not only in my price range but one that I loved. I had been contemplating this purchase and reached out to Larry for some initial information. One Sunday morning I took a chance and stopped by the Checkered Flag Toyota lot just to take a look at the inventory and found a truck that appeared to be what I was looking for. I took a picture of the windshield information and sent it to Larry. He immediately responded to the text and followed up with a call. He offered to meet me at the lot when it opened so I could look at it and take a test drive. It turned out that it was Larry's day off!!!! But, he never faltered or hesitated. He arrived at the lot early to locate the truck and bring it to the front of the lot so it was ready when I arrived. This is so typical of Larry! He always thinks ahead and has the customer's best interests at the forefront. Upon minutes of my arrival, I was test driving the truck and Larry was answering my questions. It didn't take long for me to decide that this truck was the one. Larry got everything in motion in no time. I had the trade-in value for my current truck and was in the queue to work with Sandra in the finance office in short order. Larry continued addressing my questions, checking to ensure all the paperwork was moving and making me at ease with the entire process. The purchase went extremely smoothly working with Larry. His experience and commitment to customer satisfaction shine and set him apart. Any questions he couldn't readily answer, he researched and answered within minutes. He checked in with me during the finance process to ensure everything was on track and to see if I needed anything. He spent his day off with me to make sure I was 1000% satisfied and got my truck. Larry's customer service didn't stop after the sale. He followed up with me on other questions I had and got the paint preservation package scheduled for me on my day off to accommodate my schedule and he also worked with the parts department with me for accessories I was interested in. Larry is top-notch!!! I can't say enough about his quality service. He sincerely desires a positive buying experience for his customers and goes out of his way to provide FIVE STAR service before, during and after the sale.
