Nate listened to all of the details and knew the exact car I wanted. As a manager, I’m an advocate for exceedingly excellent customer service which is why I was very impressed by Nate’s help with the process. Amazingly helpful staff! After visiting a competitors Honda dealership, I left in disgust with how the company operated. Feeling hopeless I then arrived at Checkered Honda and After visiting a competitors Honda dealership, I left in disgust with how the company operated. Off the back he named the price of the car I was looking for at the price I was looking for!, not $15,000 over MSRP like the other dealership. Car buying, with ease After previously spending an entire day in and out of several different dealerships, to no avail mind you, we jumped online and found an excellent dea After previously spending an entire day in and out of several different dealerships, to no avail mind you, we jumped online and found an excellent deal at Checkered Flag Honda of Norfolk. I got on the phone the next morning and spoke with Nate, who would turn out to be a fantastic help. I live over two hours away from the dealership, so I was a bit hesitant to drive such a distance only to face the typical bait and switch that you find with so many dealerships. Nate put me at ease quickly, checking inventory to ensure what I was looking for was there; even taking a walk through the lot to send me pictures. You just can not beat their prices. After a full day of "haggling" over trade-in values and best deals on a new vehicle (at other dealerships), it was a welcome pleasure to be offered, up-front, the best deal available. Even better, the deal was a fair one. To speak directly regarding my salesman, Nate: He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and cared about my needs. Nate D Allen is the best salesman I have ever worked with! I was truly just mentioning to a friend how I got my last car...I saw the car I wanted on the website and called Nate who had sold me my last car...wh I was truly just mentioning to a friend how I got my last car...I saw the car I wanted on the website and called Nate who had sold me my last car...which we later traded...but that's another story! Nate asked when I wanted to come in but I had work obligations and couldn't make it. He asked his manager if he could bring the car to ME! He swung by my office and we went for a wonderful ride. I gave him a deposit right then and there and everything else about the sale was just as easy. He is always willing to go the extra mile or two and honestly wants what's best for his customer. He is an honest, caring individual and I highly recommend him! More
