This dealer's parts and service department is sub par I have owned Mini Coopers since 2002 and have never experienced such incompetent and unfeeling service from a service advisor team. My 2022 Mini Coun have owned Mini Coopers since 2002 and have never experienced such incompetent and unfeeling service from a service advisor team. My 2022 Mini Countryman was towed into this dealer by a towing company dispatched by Mini roadside assistance, we were towed here because of unreparable road hazard damage suffered to one of our tires. We called the dealerships parts department on a Friday afternoon and found out that they would have to order a tire for us, which they did. Knowing that we were 500 miles from home ,and would have to stay in town until our vehicle was repaired, instead of expediting the order they ordered it standard ground FedEx. This ment that the tire did not arrive at the dealership until Wednesday afternoon. We were told by the parts department that they never expedited shipping, it was a dealership policy. Also no courtesy vehicles for stranded customers and they just told us to "go find a rental". We asked for help in finding a rental or a courtesy ride to pick it up and we were told that they could not help us. At this point I should mention that there were no other customers in the service department and 2 service advisors. So, no expedited orders and no help offered to stranded Mini owners. If you have a choice DO NOT use this, or any other, checker flag dealer in Virginia Beach. More
I have never written a bad review for anything. I feel it important to inform potential customers of the fact that I am out more than $2400 and feel completely duped by the service department. Be warned that they told me they were doing one repair and then did another to which I never agreed. They told me it was fixed, I unknowingly paid for it and it wasn’t fixed at all. I cannot fully put into words my dissatisfaction and disappointment. $2400 is a lot of money to lose and the feeling of being scammed definitely hurt too. More

Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Couldn’t find my car even though it was on their lot, went in for routine oil and tires and decided to have an alignment done. Was told to just drive it around. Went back and was told they couldn’t give me a loaner car even though they gave the car back with a problem. Scheduled a month out just so I could have a loaner car when I dropped it off and they couldn’t find my appointment and wanted me to wait another month out. Wouldn’t drive another Mini if someone paid me or I lived in an area where I didn’t have to take the car to Checkered Flag (next closest Mini dealer is 2 hours away). More
I got my car inspected at bmw and I went to pick up my car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . The staff could not access my keys I was upset but the manager Lucious was able to assist and contact car a few days later at 6pm prior to closing . I am rarely a difficult customer But when I am I appreciate workers like Lucious who have the ability to provide solutions when dealing with a difficult problems. & not like other judge mental staff who look the other way when they can assist! Wouldn’t go back to service Came in told them what was wrong with my car they told me it was something else what another dealer told me plus the on the dashboard showed the symbo Came in told them what was wrong with my car they told me it was something else what another dealer told me plus the on the dashboard showed the symbol of the problem wouldn’t cause the problem I paid 730 get the car back and still have the problem take it back next day and they say it’s what I came in and said the problem was and charge me $68. After they fixed it the symbol went away So I paid $730 for nothing and no one call or email back when I emailed for manager. I will never go to this location again. They really got over me. I even brought my bmw six years ago from this location. Wish I could give a zero star for wasting my money Latrina davis More

I had such a great experience working with him, a few months later my husband and I bought anoth I bought a CPO BMW from Chris about three years ago. I had such a great experience working with him, a few months later my husband and I bought another BMW from Chris. When purchasing my vehicle Chris understood how much my travel and the cities I frequent. He recommended that I purchase the Road Hazard warranty because of this. Here it is 3 yrs later and I’ve used the warranty for tire issues and just recently for a cracked rim from the numerous pot holes driving in various cities. My cracked rim was replaced instantly and I was back on the road with just paying the deductible. All thanks from the advice of my sales advisor. It’s years later and I’m still saying thank you, Chris! More

The recall notice said that a replacement vehicle would be available, so when we scheduled the appointment we told them we would need one. They said, "No problem, we will have one for you." We live an hour away, and figured we would do some Christmas shopping around Hilltop since I was taking a day off work. Fast forward to this morning when they tell us they don't have a loaner for us, and we can sit around for the day until it's done, or the courtesy shuttle can drop us off somewhere. When I told them they had assured us we could have a loaner they said if we wanted one we needed to get there earlier. They never said that when THEY gave us the time for the appointment. Worst customer service ever!! Won't make this mistake again. More
