When my wife and I visited Checkered Flag BMW, our intentions were to just look at a few vehicles and then "buy when the time was right". Mr. Knighten not only asked all the right questions, he also answered all of ours while providing recommendations and discussing various options that would suit our needs. Mr. Kighten's approach and demeanor (candid, yet professional) was a pleasant surprise that my wife and I place high value upon. Once we returned from the vehicle demonstration and test drive with Mr. Knighten, we were completely hooked and knew the salesman, dealership and vehicle were right for us. Checkered Flag BMW took amazing care of us (and our two children, who joined us after school) and worked diligently to complete our transaction based on our schedule-not theirs (we were operating under a time constraint and as previously stated, had not planned to make a purchase). The follow-up care (from Mr. Knighten and Checkered Flag BMW) that I have received since the purchase has been exceptional. My next vehicle purchase will be a no-brainer-I will call Shawn Knighten. Brett is extremely knowledgeable on how cars are engineered and "wired", especially the BMW brand. David Bennet was the salesman that helped me. He stayed after the dealership closed just to be sure I was taken care and that I was setup for success.
