Everyone I worked with was friendly, accomadating, and not pushy. Jim Anderson in particular is all about customer service and friendliness. He is very accessible for questions and follow up, and did a great job comparing other cars fairly. It took me a long time to make a decision and he supported me from beginning to end, whether my final decision was a BMW or not. Overall the price was near expected, given that it is a BMW. Jim was able to change my financing to a recently implemented program at the last minute to save me a few thousand dollars though. I would definitely recommend Jim and the rest of the BMW team to anyone looking to buy a BMW or other luxury automobile. More

I test drove a Chili Red 09' Mini Clubman S. That same day I purchased and drove off the lot with that car. It was instant wuv. You cannot knock these cars until you drive one. They are great. I had just bought a used Audi and was highly satisfied with my experience that my husband and I wanted to go and take a look at a new BMW 325. So, of course we wanted to return to the same company (even t with my experience that my husband and I wanted to go and take a look at a new BMW 325. So, of course we wanted to return to the same company (even though it was a different dealership)to look, hoping we would have the same experience. And go figure, we did. Although I wasn't too impressed about the prices, (my husband was, not too familiar with buying apparently) I thought the overall visit was just as fulfilling as the last. Micheal was so funny and very knowledgable on the vehicles they had. He really seemed as if he enjoyed what he does for a living. Everyone we came into contact with there was very friendly and very open to talk with us. Just like Audi, they took us over to meet my husbands service advisor, and Mr. Lilly was just the sweetest gentlemen. Moving here from Maryland and having these great experiences have been more than pleasurable. More

I often remark to my friends that they take better care of my car than I do. The few services that are not covered under my BMW warranty or a maintenance plan, are competitively priced considering the experts they have completing the work. As a courtesy, Checkered Flag even covers some of the small items like topping off fluids, etc. which is a real treat. More

Gave it back to re-fix,2 weeks to find out the contaminant (all kind of excuses for delaying the job), 2 weeks to get the filter (customs etc)... asked for a report, got a paper saying fuel was not contaminated (???)... Questioned service manager, answer: I have to be happy because my car was in the end "fixed...", the rest was not a BMW problem. BTW 1000 US$ check ... More
