First of all my overall impression about my experience when I bought my Mini Cooper S at Checkered Flag VA Beach, VA was very pleasant. It took about a week and a half before I decided and bought the vehicle. The salesman Charles Akers was very courteous and very detailed. He was very patient and answered my question. I would recommend him to any of my friends or associate as he brought good impression upon me. Overall I was happy with the purchase although the only thing I did not like is there is only one MINI dealership closer to my location and I had no choice to buy the mini at MSRP plus it did not help me at all when I traded my 09 Honda Hybrid. I was very happy that the Dealership respected my wishes to not drill the front bumper for the plate bracket. Additionally they installed my aftermarket bracket for me.
