The main reason that I went to Checkered Flag BMW was because of salesman Michael Kulp. I visited the BMW Checkered Flag dealership about a month or two ago and expressed interest in getting a BMW. He was one of the few dealers to actually call me back a few weeks later and just let me know that he's still interested in helping me when I'm ready to get a car. Most dealers just blew me off because of my age or pressured me into making a deal that day. He was always VERY courteous and respectful while never pressuring me. He even made up for the lack luster sales manager that he works for. The sales manager's attitude was pretty bad and it obvious that he was going to treat me poorly because of my age. It is what it is, but I think that Michael should be the sales manager, instead of the fat toad that has the position now. More

I took in the Consumer Guide pricing info for the model I bought (335i convertible), and Checkered Flag worked hard to give me a great price. I actually ended up with lower payments (finance, not a lease) than I expected. They got my car ready, took care of the paperwork, and made me a happy new BMW owner while feeling like I was getting a good deal on the car. Scott personally gave me and my family a nice tour of the facility, including their amazing shop floor space. Their shop is gigantic, kitchen-clean and gorgeous. I've had the car almost a week now, and it's a dream. This is my sixth BMW, but only my first new BMW. I'm a BMW fan, and a Checkered Flag fan for life! More

This is the second MINI Cooper Clubman I have purchased from John Bernhardt and Checkered Flag MINI. Unfortunately I totaled my 2008 Clubman, the car was irreparably damaged but thankfully I walked away fr from John Bernhardt and Checkered Flag MINI. Unfortunately I totaled my 2008 Clubman, the car was irreparably damaged but thankfully I walked away from the crash with only bumps and bruises, the police on scene commented on how impressed they were with the safety features of the car. When I felt ready to purchase a replacement vehicle I of course came right back to MINI. John and the entire Checkered team are always pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership and MINI. While I miss my 2008 Clubman, my 2009 is serving me well and we are having a great time Motoring on a regular basis! More
