My experience of purchasing the car was good. Steve Reid, sales, was helpful and made for a pleasant experience. Once I was able to sit with Danene, my experience was just as pleasant. She was knowlegable and very helpful; however, she was just one person expected to handle a large backlog. The whole experience would have been better had I not had such a long wait prior to speaking to your finance person. Steve and Danene were excellent. More

We were very impressed with Nathan during our preliminary visit to Checkered Flag Mini in June. We had heard about the CARS program and were shopping ahead of it's implementation. Even though Nathtan knew we would not be buying that day, and that we had not decided on a Mini, his willingness to share his product knowledge and enthusiasm for the Mini were intrumental in our eventually choosing the Mini Clubman. Nathan is not the atypical salesman. No hard sell. No question was left unanswered and many were answered that we would only have thought of later. We would unconditionally recommend him to our friends - and not suprisingly we would also highly recommend the Mini. A fun buying experience! More

I had done some research ahead of time and I felt like the pricing was pretty fair, so reaching a price agreement was very pleasant and fairly quick. I am very pleased with my car. I was referred to Checkered Flag BMW by Lee Palmer via the internet. He was instrumental in assisting me. I test drove another BMX X5 at another dealership before I came to Checkered Flag BMW, so I had two to pick from as far as making my final purchase. Both vehicles had basically the same features, however, the other BMW had fewer miles on it. I was so very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Mr. Micheal Kulp and the fact that management was willing to negotiate an acceptable price, I decided to purchase my X5 from Checkered Flag. Also, finalizing the deal with Ms. Danene Taylor was effortless. My entire transaction flowed smoothly. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them.
