I have been to many dealerships in my quest for a new car and Jimmie was by far the most professional, personable, up front and open consultant that I have dealt with. When I decided to visit Checkered Flag, I have already been actively shopping online and at several dealerships for the past 3 weeks. Knowing of the quality that BMW vehicles are known for, I decided driv been actively shopping online and at several dealerships for the past 3 weeks. Knowing of the quality that BMW vehicles are known for, I decided drive by and look at a few of the vehicles that may fit my needs. I saw a 2006 BMW X3. Later that day, I called the dealership and was transferred to Scott in sales. I made a general inquiry about the vehicles transmission and without hesitation Scott grabbed the vehicle packet and gave me a more detailed brief of the vehicle. I scheduled a meeting to see the vehicle in person later that day. Upon arrival, Scott was very professional and courteous. I had recently just came from an Acura dealership in which my visit was not as pleasant. The salesperson seemed was more interested in his blackberry and was not very knowledgeable about his product. Being a car fanatic and have purchased 7 cars in the past 4 years, I seem to know my vehicles very well. When i visited, I brought my wife because the car was actually for her. Scott showed us the vehicle and began to give a detailed description of the vehicle features to include options, safety features, and amenities. I already knew about most of them, but i thought it was very helpful in educating my wife about the X3. I was impressed by Scott's knowledge and could tell he has been in the business for a while. After a short bargaining period, We agreed upon the price. In finance I worked with Danene. She actually found a better rate for me than my own bank and the process went smoothly. The delivery of the vehicle went smooth and Scott made every effort to address any concerns I had. After delivery, the Service department squeezed me in to help obtain my vehicle's Pass Key code and topped off some fluids. When done, the service manager Alan personally delivered the vehicle to me while I waited in the showroom. My experience on this purchase was definitely above average if not perfect so far. Overall buying the new car was a pleasure. Mike was just right in terms of listening to what we wanted and working with us to meet our "must-have" features and options. I didn't press as hard for discounts on this deal because the car we wanted was not physically on the lot. Other than some concern over "drive-away depreciation", we were both very satisfied with the experience. Mike is obviously very knowledgable and very familiar with the product. Had he not successfully searched out the car we wanted, we would have probably waited to buy at a future date. More

Warm, friendly, knowledgable, hardworking, patient, funny and most importantly - caring are a few adjectives that I can use to describe the best auto salesman that I have had the pleasure to work with. From day one, Nathan was a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions, informed us on the many unique features of the Mini Cooper and happily let us take a Clubman out on a test drive. He then faced my husband and all of his questions, tire kicking and phone calls/emails with prompt attention, politeness and a smile. When the decision to purchase a Mini was made, Nathan was there every step of the way once again answering questions, helping with insurance and registration process. Finally, day of delivery, he helped once again with questions/concerns, showing us how every toggle switch works, tools, tires down to floor mats. He even was outside with tools in hand trying to get our trade-in vehicle's license plate off so our daughter could have a reminder of her "first" car. Nathan's actions may be typical of your dealership but it was typical in our hearts and in our hearts, this wonderful man has Earned a raise!
