It was a great experience with no pressures to buy from them. I work later hours and Steve stayed later to accomadate test drives and any questions my wife and I had. I came to the dealership knowing about what i wanted and not sure if i was going to be purchasing the car that day. I was greeted by Chuck and he was more than willing to show myself and two of my friends a not sure if i was going to be purchasing the car that day. He was helped me understand early on all my financing options (what i was really concerned with). After looking around a bit, he offered to let us test drive a vehicle that i liked and that is the one i ended up leaving with. Even after the purchase transaction was done, he continued to help me out by explaining the interior of the vehicle to me (the mini's are almost like a puzzle at first). In both cases Mr. Anderson has been exceptional to work with. He has a good knowledge base and anything we needed he was quick to provide. Prior to both purchaces Mr. Anderson provided several test drive opportunities which helped us to decide on models as well as options. With our second purchase Mr. Anderson was also kind enough to deliver paperwork to our office when work would not allow us time to go to the dealership. This was certainly above and beyond the call of duty on his part. We consider Mr. Anderson a friend now and always look to find him even when our cars are in the dealership for service appointments. I would not hesitate to recomend Mr. Anderson to anyone considering the purchase of a new BMW. On another note our experience with service at Checkered Flag has been exceptional as well.
