The purchase of my new Mini was fast, and the staff made everything great. My only complain is the website and the fact that a representative from the "Internet Sales" Department actually called me during a everything great. This was weird, I wonder why each department Mini, BMW, Etc don't monitor their own sites and do their own calling. One of the greatest parts of the purchase was the money that I saved by going with BMW Finance. The closing was smooth and they took care of everything. Checkered Flag went out of thier way to make my buying experience enjoyable. This is a case where I ordered my mini to specifications so you might say they had a captive audience after the order was plac experience enjoyable. A lesser quality sales organization might have backed off the service level in that situation but this was certainly not the case at Checkered Flag. Brian Fellini went out of his way to provide a pain free experience. Being a very busy individual to begin with, and adding the fact i live 45 minutes from the dealership, it was very valuable to minimize my trips and time to the dealer. This was done to an exceptional degree. The finance person was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. She was a jewel to wok with as was Jimmy the sales manager. Brian Fellini even went far beyond the extra yard by bringing some items I left in my trade to the door of my business for me after the deal was already done. This is an example of a sales staff going the extra yard when they clearly were not compelled to do so. That is what separates the good businesses apart from the bad. More

Beach and obviously if we drove over an hour from North Carolina to buy this car at this dealership there must be a good reason why. We enjoy the no pressure environment, very informative yet totally reasonable about concerns the buyer may have. Steve Behm was even better than the salesman we worked with for our first mini. This time we ordered a new Countryman and Steve worked with helping us choose a car that had not been seen many places in America. There was no car to see in the showroom so he took special care that we "built" the car we wanted. The buying experience was fantastic and the car even exceeds our expectations. I would definitely go back again and think the drive is worth it every time. More

Darrell Johnson was very helpful and informative when I was interested in the 2011 X5. He provided an accurate answer for every question I had regarding the vehicle. I have had Porsches, Jaguars, Cadillac. The reason I do not have any of these vehicles anymore is because of poor customer service. I told him that I would not be doing any "business" until a later date (Monday) and that I was looking at Clubman's and introducing Rhonda (the girlfriend) to the Cooper. Even though it was late, I think Mr. Fellini would have stayed all night. He was very patient, no pressure, imformative. We just hope he had as much "fun" as we did. I again did an unannounced walk in a day latter than I had told Mr. Fellini that I would. I found that historic Williamsburg and outlet malls were more important than car shopping to some. (Remember Rhonda?)Brian was off and met Stephen Behm. He also made us very comfortable and took right up where we left off with Brian. We looked again at the car that I was interested in and made the deal happen. Steve truly helped me in my decision to buy this car. He made the paperwork easy (I must give Mr. Taylor honorable mention) and made my first lesson in "miniolgy" easy to understand. Again,I hope that Stephen had as much "fun" as we did. Thanks' to all.
