Mike Lawson introduced me to Ms. Sabrina Galarza. I was not in the mood for purchasing a vehicle, but I had a passion for BMWs. Ms. Galarza not only was selling a car, she sold herself. Her passion and ability to make me feel comfortable and assured that she has my best interest at heart...made the difference. If I had not met her, I know I would have left BMW without the car of my dream. Ms. Galarza heart is made of gold, and i appreciate that. If a dealer can first ensure the customer is their friend, the selling the car is secondary. Its establishing the relationship that counts. Cars will come and go. There is a Greek word "koinonia" which means "fellowship". This is what I experienced. I am eternally grateful for meeting and speaking with a dealer who share their heart and soul. I've been with BMW since 2005. I have always been treated with dignity and respect. It is self evident that Ms. Galarza has a passion. I would follow her anywhere. Friends don't let friends go to Checkered Flag BMW! Worst customer service ever. Scheduled a recall repair for our BMW a few weeks ago. The recall notice said that a replacement vehicle would be avail Worst customer service ever. Scheduled a recall repair for our BMW a few weeks ago. The recall notice said that a replacement vehicle would be available, so when we scheduled the appointment we told them we would need one. They said, "No problem, we will have one for you." We live an hour away, and figured we would do some Christmas shopping around Hilltop since I was taking a day off work. Fast forward to this morning when they tell us they don't have a loaner for us, and we can sit around for the day until it's done, or the courtesy shuttle can drop us off somewhere. When I told them they had assured us we could have a loaner they said if we wanted one we needed to get there earlier. They never said that when THEY gave us the time for the appointment. Worst customer service ever!! Won't make this mistake again. More

Purchace of x1 After busing many dealers in search of replacing my Audi Q5 we decided to stop at checkered flag BMW in Virginia Beach. We were greeted by Sabrina who After busing many dealers in search of replacing my Audi Q5 we decided to stop at checkered flag BMW in Virginia Beach. We were greeted by Sabrina who had a warm and friendly approach unlike the usual pushy sales person. I was probably a difficult customer who really didn’t know what I wanted in a vehicle. Sabrina took her time and showed me many different models and when I chose the x1 she showed me many different ones that were in stock. The process was smooth for trading in the Audi and purchasing a new BMW. The staff at this dealer were all pleasant and patient with my indecisive decisions. I also had my youngest child with with me and Sabrina went above and beyond to tend to his liking and provided entertainment with movies and videos while my husband and I saw each model she brought for us to look at. I can not speak for the experience of the survive department but the sales team was superb. More
Service Department Is A Joke! After 3 visits to your award winning "service" department last week, once on Monday, again on Wednesday and the last time on Friday, I can truly say I After 3 visits to your award winning "service" department last week, once on Monday, again on Wednesday and the last time on Friday, I can truly say I will think twice about ever referring anyone to Checkered Flag. This is the second car I have purchased from Checkered Flag and after last week, this will be my last. I took my brand new BMW 320I into the service department for a tire indicator light, each time, they said nothing was wrong and reset it the light and sent me on my way. Then on Friday, after being there twice earlier that week, I took it back and demanded them to check and see why it was on again for the 3rd time. This time Wendy told me there was a nail in my tire is why the light was on again. All that was said is the valets didn't catch it the other two times. So after almost 4 hours of wasted time away from my job, why wasn't that caught on my first visit? The fact that the car didn't even have 5k miles on it, and purchased in May, the issue wasn't about the replacement of the tire, but the lack of effort put in by your team members, who clearly could care less. To them I was just a number, and not a customer. My sales experience was superior and I choose BMW because of the quality of the car and Sabrina my client adviser. Sabrina was amazing, and I would do business with her in the future, however, after my first experience in your BMW service department, I will not recommend anyone I know to purchase a car from Checkered Flag. I will be eagerly awaiting the survey from BMW NA and updating my other online reviews to reflect the negative and poor service that I experienced by your team. More

This would be our family’s third BMW from Checker Flag. Michael introduced us to Chris because of his knowledge regarding the X3. We had previously driven a X3. but we wanted Chris to cover new improved features and go over the vehicle thoroughly with us.. It was our pleasure to have Chris assist us in making our purchase. At Checker Flag whether it’s the sales floor or service department they work as a team. Chris informed us of the new Genius Group. Associates who are experts in the car’s computer system and extend classes for further instructions . Chris is very easy to work with. Today we drove off in our new “ Ultimate Driving Machine”. BMWs are truly fun to drive and we feel they are a safe vehicle to ride in. It was a great experience with Chris and the entire team actually made it fun. Thank you so much Chris.
