I have two suggestions to help future customers who purchase from you: try to let the customer actually practice demonstrating how to work various functions on the car rather than be shown. Many people learn better by doing rather than seeing/being shown. And secondly, explain that processing the purchase may take up to two hours after the car is prepared for pick up. As to the price, I was surprised that a 4 door Mini costs so much more than a two door which I had intended to buy. More
