I have purchased 3 minis from Mike. It's truly because of him that I continue to purchase from this dealership - and because of Frank, the Mini Service Manager and Jason Williams (I think is the last name) w him that I continue to purchase from this dealership - and because of Frank, the Mini Service Manager and Jason Williams (I think is the last name) who was my Service Manager when I had a BMW. Mike goes out of his way to be approachable and I know he's upfront and honest about everything. The only think I would change is the length of time it takes to actually purchase a car. It has taken me a minimum of 3 hours each time I've purchased. As a repeat customer with an outstanding credit rating, this shouldn't be the issue that it seems to be. More

I had just as much fun hastling the guys as I am driving my new car. The people from the dealership were just great there wasn't one person that wasn't fun to be around.
