I initially went to the Mini dealership to "look" and met Dave. When I returned with my wife, Dave was patient enough to spend 7 hours with us to make sure we got the exact car we desired. I was met by a friendly and welcoming Michael Kulp who was not pushy or overly aggressive. He walked me through the lot pointing out available vehicles and when I spotted the one I w anted he got the key was not pushy or overly aggressive. This experience was the best that I have ever had. The sales person was quite patient with our questions and took as much time as necessary to explain his answers. Also it was a wonderful experience when I went to pick up the car. My husband and myself expected to just go pick up the keys and drive away. This was not the case. The car was prepared with a black and white checked cover and a large red bow and then I was presented with the keys after we were given very through instructions . I also was given an hour introduction to all of the particulars of the car which was extremely necessary. The entire experience was very enjoyable and because the car is so unique I am sure that all customers fine this educational time necessary as well. More

I had read much on the internet about these to dealerships and the decision was made first by the people and then the product. Matt Angelo was the sales person with whom I work and he’s a great blend of product knowledge and salesmen. There was no high pressure but consistently he let product and his knowledge of the product be the source of my decision process. For me, it was a positive experience and one I would repeat.
