The experience of ordering my Mini from Checkered Flag was absolutely enjoyable and stress-free. The entire process, from test-driving various models to actually ordering and taking delivery was fun and there was no pressure whatsoever. I have to say, deciding on the color was the most difficult decision. :0) More

My current CF experience started around the middle of December 2012 when I inquired about a loaner vehicle I had been driving while CF serviced my 2007 BMW Z4. During the course of the discussions I asked about the availability of new 2013 BMW 328i Convertible models. After weighing the options, I decided to purchase an in-stock new 2013 BMW 328i Convertible. After returning to CF to complete that purchase with Mr. Kulp, however, I decided to order a new 2013 BMW 328i Converticle that had my preferred exterior color and preferred interior leather choice. While waiting for the vehicle to be built and delivered to CF, Mr. Kulp provided me regular updates on the vehicle's production/delivery status. I took delivery on February 27,2013. Mr. Kulp and CF personnel were courteous, helpful and patient. More

Had service done on my 3 series and picked it up with a large scratch on the passenger side wood grain. They did replace it but not before arguing with me that "they were not even inside the passenger side large scratch on the passenger side wood grain. Maybe they were hoping I would drive away without noticing and they wouldn't be liable? Nice try. More

Overall, this was probably the best experience I've had at a dealership. My past purchases seemed like a full-contact sport in comparison. The advertising by Mini on the lease specials was misleading. I also had a long wait to complete the paperwork due to only one finance manager that day. We have had the car for a month, and Brian continues to be helpful with answers to our questions. Again, not my usual experience with dealerships. More
