I shouldn't have paid for that service. Then I purchased 4 brand new tires from Chatham Parkway less than 2years ago now they're saying my tires are bad... I'm just frustrated.... This has happened time and time again... I'll No longer be servicing my vehicle at this location More

Oil change of my Toyota: 1. Do not use Mobil 1 as basic oil. Use their own brand but do not mention it unless you ask. Claim it is “like” Mobil 1 2. An appointment is a wast 1. Oil change and loyalty rewards Oil change went well. They called an Uber to pick me up at home after the service was complete and paid for it. Poor communication I made an appt for Thursday to get a brake adjust and wait for my truck. Got to Elijah who asked me to leave it. He was told I needed it back by 12 to go out pug town. “No problem” Called starting at 11 “we’ll send a message to Elijah” Called back and asked for courtesy ride to the dealership. Got there at 12:10. No Elijah he was off. Young women eating her lunch gave me my receipt for brake cleaning at no charge. Poor communication. Also you can’t see your Toyota sign for the tree. Won’t be back. I inconvenienced other people by leaving the truck. Even asked if I should reschedule. More

Unprofessional Drove 16 hours to get recall repair performed on daughters car only to find out parts had not been ordered.
