Waiting for parts We were told the parts would be in the next day for a needed repair. The parts were paid for at the time of the visit. The parts rep said that one pa We were told the parts would be in the next day for a needed repair. The parts were paid for at the time of the visit. The parts rep said that one part was in stock and they ordered the other part ‘RO’ and that it would be in the next day. When we called to check (on our way to the dealership 60 miles from our house -the next day) we were told they couldn’t find them. We were also told it looked like it may be Tuesday (3 additional days) before they were in. Then we were told they would call us back. We’re actually currently in route, still haven’t gotten a call back, and are praying that they will have the part, as promised, so the repair can be made before having to drive the truck to work on Monday. Not sure at the moment that we would recommend their service. More

Service without an appointment Sometimes I do call and make an appointment with Chatham Parkway Toyota, but most of the time, it is, I get in my car to go home from work, and find a Sometimes I do call and make an appointment with Chatham Parkway Toyota, but most of the time, it is, I get in my car to go home from work, and find an indicator light on, that wasn’t on when I went to work. Since, most of the time, I have no idea what is wrong, and that the dealership opens at 7:00 am, I just drive right over, and get in line. I’m always greeted with a smile and asked what I need. I have never been turned away, and most of the time, anywhere from just a few minutes to a few hours, my problem is explained to me, sometimes shown to me. I’m asked, if I want the service performed; And exactly how much it will cost. I have never been pressured into having any service done. My car is 11 yrs old, and has been as reliable as the day I bought it. I believe that is because of the service I have received from this dealership. I have never taken my car anywhere else for service. More
