Three visits to dealership to repair out of alignment backup camera and it’s still out of alignment. I am told this is normal. My rating is based on the fact I didnt get a detail maintenance report and additional hidden fee which I wasnt aware until i paid for the service. This is the second time we have taken our new car for a oil change, and both times the steering wheel had come back greasy. Both times, I’ve gotten a email from carfax saying that our tire rotation is over oil change, and both times the steering wheel had come back greasy. Both times, I’ve gotten a email from carfax saying that our tire rotation is over due like it had not just been done. And they forgot to reset the oil change reminder on the vehicle system. When I had called and asked about the tire rotation and how everything else had been updated through carfax, I was rudely told that “it had been done and I don’t know what to tell you.” More

I brought my tacoma in for a routine maintenance and left with a cracked windshield. Obviously someone at the dealership knew they had cracked my windshield but no one wanted to tell me. While i was waiting for my car to be serviced I received a text saying additional service was recommended. i waited and no one came to explain/talk about this additional service. i went to the service per a text saying additional service was recommended. i waited and no one came to explain/talk about this additional service. i went to the service person I was assigned to and she jut blew me off. Her reply when i told her about the text was, someone from that desk over there will be back soon and will answer you questions. i went back to the waiting area and sat down, no one ever came to discuss the additional service. When they said my car was ready I told the person that was checking me out about the text and she said, Oh, i can explain that. I said it's too late now I'm not going to give you back the car and wait for this additional service, someone should have talked to be when the technician said more service was recommended. I will take the car to Savannah Toyota and let them do the service work. More
