just now New I had an extremely frustrating experience with Chatham Parkway Toyota. My car went in for repairs, and they not only overcharged my insurance but also didn’t even install the new parts they o with Chatham Parkway Toyota. The steering column was put in incorrectly, and no one bothered to check if it was done properly. I was given the car back in a dangerous condition, which forced me to return it because the mistake could have put my child and me at risk on the road. To make matters worse, the service manager, Moe, lied to the collision center, claiming that we met in person and discussed the repairs when, in fact, we did not. I had proof that I was still driving home from work in another city during the time frame he gave. Even more scary was when I went in Saturday morning they told me my car was never worked on at the shop for 30 minutes till they found one of their techs name on a repair but no notes. I had to take my car to another mechanic to check their work, and I still don’t feel comfortable driving it. Communication was poor, and no one from the shop took the initiative to call me back to resolve the issue. This whole experience was unnecessarily stressful, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. If you had an insurance repair from this place I would advise getting another look at your vehicle after service is done. I wish I could give this place a zero but the saving grace was Cord at the collision center. More

They found a nail in the side wall of the front driver's tire and told me the tire had to be replaced as it can't be patched/plugged. We were told the tire was replaced with a brand new tire. On July 4th our family drove to the Braves game and back on July 5th. Yesterday, July 8th, I got in my car and the tire light was back on for the same driver's front tire. I called Toyota and got them to send me pictures of my tire that was supposed to be replaced with a new tire. Guess what? It's the same exact tire not a new one. I go in this morning and get there when they open. Spoke with an "acting manager" just to be told they are sorry that the tech that worked on my car replaced the wrong tire! He replaced the passenger front not driver front! I did get the tire replaced, but this is unacceptable to me! I was told the manager would contact me when they got in at 9:30 and it's now 2:00pm! I spent 3 hours up there on the 27th with both my children and then was up there for over an hour this morning! I understand mistakes happen, but how can you replace the wrong tire especially when the damaged tire is marked with a big circle around the nail! Also would like to know how they put 5 miles on my car to move it around in a shop both trips?! More

I show up to get a recall fix also an oil change and filter change, I waited 4 hours which I was told how long it would be so I am okay with it. My reasoning for 1 star would be this, I turn my truck on turn my AC on and I'm getting WARM and HOT air coming out blowing at my face while it's 100 degrees outside... I called and I know it was late cause it was close to them closing the service department but.. I'm a nut shell, can't help me tomorrow which is a Saturday due to techs not being there which is understandable, but my work schedule will not free me until Friday... wasn't offer a loaner vehicle so I don't have to suffer in the heat, I leave work at 4pm when it's hot outside and my truck won't blow cold air so how am I suppose to handle the heat? My service advisor is great but I wish Toyota would handle this situation a little better cause I'm out and about on weekends and work during the week and so far it's always been hot...so how will this issue get fix? My AC blowing hot air it's hot outside.. please don't tell me I will have to suffer through this..don't make me regret buying my truck from Chatham pkwy... More

Very disappointed with the service. I went in for a 60K service. Also needed an inspection as to what was causing a knocking noise in the steering and a noise under the car. Was told I went in for a 60K service. Also needed an inspection as to what was causing a knocking noise in the steering and a noise under the car. Was told that I needed a new intermediate shaft but nothing about the noise. Was given an estimate on the Shaft but no mention about the noise. I had to remind the service advisor who came out after I finished the paperwork. He said he could not hear anything, and the car sounded normal. The quote for the shaft was $749.98 and $99.95 for wheel alignment. I went to an independent shop who agreed the new intermediate shaft needs doing. The owner immediately found that the problem with the noise under the car was the shield between the exhaust and the underside of the car was loose. The 60K service included inspection of the exhaust system. Obviously that was not done otherwise that should have been found. On Feb 13 I received an email from T Young the the estimate for the Shaft replacement. The price of the shaft was the same as I received previously but the price of the wheel alignment has gone up to $119.94. Other car repair shops are charging far less than the $119.94 for wheel alignment. More
