I did a comprehensive review of online new car opportunities across the country. ( I am a retired physicist and can afford to spend the time.) After doing my homework I narrowed down to 2 Dealers and became involved in an intense exercise in ferreting out the truth. Believe me it was intense! Matt struggled to help me understand what the competition was doing that made them appear better. Finally we cracked the code and Matts deal was indeed better. But the effort and dilligence he put in to get there was amazing. He, Tim, and the people at Chatham Parkway have my admiration, satisfaction,and future loyality. Can't say enough about them-"nuff said" More

I purchased a used Toyota from this dealership and had the car delivered to me. I signed the papers, gave them a check, and got the keys and then got a call from the dealership that the car had been sold the car delivered to me. Very bad experience. salesman was very deceptive and underhanded. Made many promises that he didn't keep..."less than honest" might be a nice way to put it.
