Many people have to wait. It would be great to have a high end coffee machine with free cappuccino / latte / coffee / tea / cocoa and a tray with free pastries and / or cookies for the customers that are high end coffee machine with free cappuccino / latte / coffee / tea / cocoa and a tray with free pastries and / or cookies for the customers that are waiting. I have had that at 2 dealerships in San Francisco Bay area. Not having it here makes you guys seem miserly and non-caring. Your dealership seems large and grand and your customers pay well for their services and have to wait hours so a little treat seems reasonable. More
