Good People Provide Great Service I called to order tires and made my appointment to have them mounted at the same time. The service receptionist, parts clerk, and service advisor couldn’t have been nicer. The day of my appointment I arrived a little early but was greeted enthusiastically and checked in quickly. Although the place was packed, it appeared to be running smoothly and efficiently, and employees were very pleasant and accommodating. More
Will not be back When I called to schedule an oil change, I was told that other fluids would be topped off. They did not refill my wiper fluid- the light was still on When I called to schedule an oil change, I was told that other fluids would be topped off. They did not refill my wiper fluid- the light was still on when I got back in my car. I asked my advisor to have someone look at my remote key- the battery has been draining at a very fast pace. I have had the battery replaced three times in the past six months. When I picked up the car- I asked about the key- and she told me it worked the whole time they had it so they saw no need to look into it. I also asked for a body work estimate, and she gave me an outrageous price when I came to pick up, but with no breakdown or written estimate. I dropped my car off on Friday, it was ready on Saturday. I picked it up Monday morning, and the car was unlocked when I found it in the lot. It had been left unlocked all weekend I have been very happy with the service performed here in the past, but I will not be returning or recommending this dealership again More
Poor service-long wait times Consistently long wait times for regularly scheduled maintenance. Last 3 trips have taken 2.5+ hours. The last trip for “routine” maintenance which wa Consistently long wait times for regularly scheduled maintenance. Last 3 trips have taken 2.5+ hours. The last trip for “routine” maintenance which was only a tire rotation took 3 hours. My wife took our vehicle and was waiting several hours with our young children getting into everything in the waiting area and was waiting an extra hour AFTER our vehicle was clearly done (she could clearly see our vehicle was parked back outside but was told it was not done). I had to call from work to see what was going on and it was not until I called that they called me back 10 minutes later telling me the vehicle was done (before actually just walking out to the waiting area to let my wife who took the vehicle there and had been waiting and trying to corral our children for hours). When called and attempted to speak with a manager to leave feedback was not available but was assured they would call me back. Never heard back from anyone. More
