Absolute horrible experience -- Run don't walk away from thi Went there to test drive a 2018 Toyota Camry, the internet salesperson stated she would email me the pricing of the new Camry. I decided to go anyway because my Brother purchased 2 vehicles in 3 months from them. Sat down with the sales person, Sarah, and I told her I wanted the price of the car, first she wants to fill out an application, I oblige but tell her I want the price of the car. She then proceeds to ask me where my car was parked so she could appraise it (I still haven't received the price of the car), I told her no, I want the price of the vehicle. Then she said, well, let’s go take a test drive, I said NO, I want the price of the vehicle, after 15 minutes she went to the Sales Manager to get the price of the vehicle. At this time, I was furious and tired of the game playing so I left the dealership. After a day to settle down my Brother convinced me to go back to the dealership because he talked to Roger, the Sales Manager, and was assured that the game playing was over. WRONG. Met with Sarge (great, honorable Sales Person) went on a test drive and absolutely loved the new Camry. We go back to the dealership to get the numbers on the car. I am trading in a 2014 Toyota Camry with 65k miles on it. This car retails and sales any day of the week for 13k to 14k. My appraisal was $7,500.00. Needless to say, I left the dealership again. Please run don't walk away from this place. The endless deception and game playing is tiring and takes all excitement and joy out of purchasing a new vehicle. I honestly do not believe it’s the Sales personnel but the Management that are corrupt. More

Since, most of the time, I have no idea what is wrong, and that the dealership opens at 7:00 am, I just drive right over, and get in line. I’m always greeted with a smile and asked what I need. I have never been turned away, and most of the time, anywhere from just a few minutes to a few hours, my problem is explained to me, sometimes shown to me. I’m asked, if I want the service performed; And exactly how much it will cost. I have never been pressured into having any service done. My car is 11 yrs old, and has been as reliable as the day I bought it. I believe that is because of the service I have received from this dealership. I have never taken my car anywhere else for service. More
