The service dept is always professional and informative and friendly. I changed on purpose from Savannah Toyota..in fact, I bought my first Toyota from Savannah Toyota and got my second one from Chatham. I and friendly. After my service this last time I do believe I will look elsewhere to have my car serviced. I had my car serviced at 20,000 miles and was told that both my filters were in the yellow and needed to be chang elsewhere to have my car serviced. I had my car serviced at 20,000 miles and was told that both my filters were in the yellow and needed to be changed. I personally changed BOTH FILTERS myself after that visit. Now comes this service visit at 25,000 miles to have my tires rotated and multi-point inspection. When my car was ready and They were checking me out, II was being told that BOTH MY FILTERS were in the yellow and are recommended to be changed. How can this be possible when they were BOTH changed after 20,000 miles and just 5,000 miles later needing to be changed again? More
