both times I have been at Chattam Toyota, the agents don't tell me when my car has been done. One time my car had been sitting in the parking lot for more than ten minutes before I realized it was my c don't tell me when my car has been done. I don’t think that my concerns were addressed appropriately. At drop off, one of the girls told this guy what I thought was wrong with my car. He shrugged his shoulders and said with an attitude, appropriately. At drop off, one of the girls told this guy what I thought was wrong with my car. He shrugged his shoulders and said with an attitude, “I guess I can look at.” This was my first time visiting for service. Two hours later they come to me and say they couldn’t find anything. I called the customer service and they said there was in fact something wrong which was the same thing I told them was wrong. Now I must make a second trip to resolve this issue More
