This is the second time we have taken our new car for a oil change, and both times the steering wheel had come back greasy. Both times, I’ve gotten a email from carfax saying that our tire rotation is over oil change, and both times the steering wheel had come back greasy. Both times, I’ve gotten a email from carfax saying that our tire rotation is over due like it had not just been done. And they forgot to reset the oil change reminder on the vehicle system. When I had called and asked about the tire rotation and how everything else had been updated through carfax, I was rudely told that “it had been done and I don’t know what to tell you.” More

Even though I made an appointment to see and test drive this vehicle it was presented in a very un-cleaned condition. But the price was right and I purchased it anyway. Even though I was buying with cash this vehicle it was presented in a very un-cleaned condition. But the price was right and I purchased it anyway. Even though I was buying with cash was sent to the financial center where he was really pushing the $4,500.00 extended warranty on a 2017 vehicle with only 18,000 miles. When I questioned the sales manager about the $798.50 document fee he could not explain what it was for only that everyone was charged this fee. All in all I got the vehicle that I was looking for at a good price. More
