Chatham Toyota was terrific. I took my 4 Runner in for service and left feeling that my vehicle was serviced that made feel comfortable. I had an appointment and still waited 2 hours for an oil change. The young lady who checked me out was nice, but that did not negate the fact that no one ever spoke with me about my vehicle after I drove u change. And, when I inquired about the time it was taking, I was told that they only had two teams working. That is an issue that should not be a problem for the customers.
