I was very pleased with the way my appointment for my vehicle to be serviced was done by the dealership. Starting with service writer, Kai Collins, as he was courteous and very professional in handling a vehicle to be serviced was done by the dealership. Starting with service writer, Kai Collins, as he was courteous and very professional in handling all work I needed to be done on my vehicle, plus additional issues I requested for him to look into, like brakes squealing intermittently when vehicle is in reverse, as this was occurring off and on since last prior maintenance was done in which a brake job was done. And I had to take the vehicle back for brakes to be checked a couple of times, but caused of problems could not be found, so I just had to get used to the problem, as I was told that sometimes brakes have the tendency to squeal especially on a cold mornings. All these issues were checked and followed up by Kai Collins. Bottom line is Kai is an important asset to the dealership, As he is very customer service oriented employee. More
