The dealership is always working hard to help the customers. The people are friendly. The only draw back for me is having to answer a survey that I don't care to fill out b ecause they keep sending i customers. The people are friendly. Poor service experience.Folks in the shop rotated tires Poor service experience. Folks in the shop rotated tires but did not tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. Service department was professional and efficient. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation in October during this COVID era. I was only there about 45 minutes and I was the only person in the wait went in for an oil change and tire rotation in October during this COVID era.
