Trying to get Customer service on the phone was almost impossible. It took multiple tries to get through to actually get a person, and then when the representative got on the line, she was incredibly rude impossible. It took multiple tries to get through to actually get a person, and then when the representative got on the line, she was incredibly rude and made it near impossible to even talk with a manager to get a status update on my vehicle. She even told me that I most likely would not be called until later in the afternoon (I called at 9:00am). Then to top off my visit, the parts that were broken were not fixed( as they claimed that they were) and I now have to go back (for a third time-they ordered incorrect parts for my car) to get my car fixed. Very inconvenient. Super disappointing experience. I am not sure if management has changed since my first oil change service but it was completely different from my first time.When I picked up my car (alert dropping it off to get a part fixed and the wrong part was ordered on their behalf), the service rep had nothing to say but “sorry”. Yep that was it. Nothing else. I was disgusted. I hate to complain, but there was zero sympathy or service recovery from the Subaru team. I hope no one else experiences this and these issues get fixed for other customers. More

Worked with online sales team member, Mary Alexandria. She was very nice. Got trade in value from TrueCar. After sharing with Mary the deal and trade in value from other dealerships, she went to finance m She was very nice. Got trade in value from TrueCar. After sharing with Mary the deal and trade in value from other dealerships, she went to finance manager. According to Mary, Finance manager refused to honor TrueCar deal on trade and never received offer on new car. Told me we had bad Carfax report, despite having to supply VIN number with TrueCar deal. Finance manager wouldn't talk with me about the situation. So glad I didn't drive two and a half hours to find out they wouldn't honor the trade in value. Reported to TrueCar. Buyer beware. More

Service reps were friendly and job was completed in a timely fashion. However, tires were over inflated and clock, tire pressure units, & passenger window program had to be reset.
