I loved my salesman Mo was great and so was Tim and Mark. However, I was not impressed at all with the service department. They were supposed to buff my vehicle to get some light scratches out. I got the car back and it looked exactly the same as when we took it to them. I don’t know what they supposedly did to the vehicle. You could probably get someone on the street to do a better job. Very disappointed in the service we received. More

Purchased CrossTrek without stepping foot in the dealership. Sales was super easy to work with on line; they made a transparent, good faith offer, and we were able to close the sale within 24 hours dealership.
