Good not great service. It was purely transactional and was not what I am accustomed to from most Subaru dealerships. The experience definitely felt impersonal and any information regarding my service and was not what I am accustomed to from most Subaru dealerships. Dustin and Jenna both provided excellent customer service, as always. I was given a ride back to work immediately after dropping my car off for a routine oil change. Dustin also replaced / refitted a service, as always. I was given a ride back to work immediately after dropping my car off for a routine oil change. Dustin also replaced / refitted a plastic cover which had become displaced from the rear of the driver’s seat assembly.
