CP Subaru has been taking great care of my 2018 Subaru Outback ever since I’ve owned it. Dustin Garland once again demonstrated excellent customer service by quickly diagnosing the problem I was having (H Outback ever since I’ve owned it. Dustin Garland once again demonstrated excellent customer service by quickly diagnosing the problem I was having (Harmon Kardon head unit), and offering free replacement under warranty. Additionally, he performed a capacitor discharge which seemed to temporarily fix the problem I was having until the new head unit was delivered. Once delivered, he and the CP Subaru team performed the head unit replacement in under 2 hours, and kept me updated throughout the process. This kind of customer service is what keeps me coming back as a CP Subaru customer. Thanks Dustin! More

There was a problem with length of time of recall repair estimate that went from 1 hour on the phone, 3.5 hour estimate u Dealership was very clean.
