We had a really bad experience. A brand new car was unable to be fixed in 22days. They told us the service trouble shooting was incorrect. Not they’re fault. The service department is very accommodating and professional. I would provide a higher rating if this was not my 3rd visit in 4 months for electronic related issues. The first was serious in that professional. I would provide a higher rating if this was not my 3rd visit in 4 months for electronic related issues. The first was serious in that it impacted various safety features; the next two were more of a nuisance - but no volume controls led to no phone connection for hands-free operations as required by law. For each of these visits reprogramming/updates to software was required. The other downside is that the car remained at the dealership for about 20 days total during these non-scheduled visits. All since mid-December! More
