Good not great service. It was purely transactional and was not what I am accustomed to from most Subaru dealerships. The experience definitely felt impersonal and any information regarding my service and was not what I am accustomed to from most Subaru dealerships. Dustin and Jenna both provided excellent customer service, as always. I was given a ride back to work immediately after dropping my car off for a routine oil change. The salesperson was very courteous, pleasant and attentive. He knows his job and was able to make me feel comfortable about purchasing a car. Came in with a 39.95 oil change coupon, but of course that was for conventional oil so the price went up to 59.95 ($10.00 off the 'special' price).
