I brought my Outback in for a warranty repair and was given a loaner. Dustin told me it would be around 2 weeks because of ordering the part. I got my car back much earlier than promised. Bought 2022 Outback July 5th. Brought back in 9 days later for engine light and poor mechanical performance. Salesman accused me of not tightening gas cap. Instead of making a service ticket and scannin later for engine light and poor mechanical performance. Salesman accused me of not tightening gas cap. Instead of making a service ticket and scanning for codes he disconnected battery and cleared code in parking lot. A few days later car would not move and making loud noises. Finally got it to Chatham on Saturday. They called me on Monday and said it needed a transmission. Now I will be in a loaner til the end of July at the earliest. More
