I have a few issues following the purchase of a $40,000 vehicle- which was a 2021 loaner on 9/25/21. 1. The car was serviced and 'topped off" with all fluids before I departed. 2. Upon arrival at home, vehicle- which was a 2021 loaner on 9/25/21. 1. The car was serviced and 'topped off" with all fluids before I departed. 2. Upon arrival at home, I noted the washer fluid reservoir was empty. I refilled it, next day it was empty. 3. Car has a deep scratch under the rear license plate. Granted, I did not take a hard look at he exterior on the lot, but the sales staff did not direct me to this defect either. I insured the car and emailed the Dec page as required, along with details re: washer reservoir and scratch to the sales staff plus one other individual, expecting a timely return call. On 9.27. 21 I called the dealership, and the salesman didn't sound as though he remembered me. His response to both issues was lukewarm at best- not very 'service oriented. ' I was told the Service manager would call me back. I then called to find out who I could speak with higher in the chain for resolution and was told no numbers could be provided to me, but I could leave a message for the General Manager. Subsequently I have placed a call into the owner of the dealerships. More

Top-Notch Service, Support, and Professionalism. When I had an Abundance of questions Dell answered them with patience and confidence. The initial thought of me buying a car started 3 years ago (a delay due to me moving and covid), I found the perfect car and walked away from the purchase with a promise (when the time was right) that I would come back to Chatham Parkway Subaru and purchase a vehicle from Dell Bacon. When purchasing the car the process was smooth, seamless and again any questions or concerns I had were answered and I was not in the office for a long period of time. I totally recommend Chatham Parkway of Subaru. All of the staff worked well together, showed kindness and great professionalism. More
