I was happy with the service I received but even more so with the service another customer received. Apparently they were in need of a tire and one could not be located that particular Saturday. I overhea with the service another customer received. Apparently they were in need of a tire and one could not be located that particular Saturday. I overheard the customer say that she needed to take her son to college the next day. The service representative came out to consult with the customer quite a few times and was obviously working with her manager to try and resolve the situation. The son was distraught. Ultimately a loaner was provided to assist the customer. I was extremely impressed with the empathy the service representative displayed and am happy to share this experience with people I know.
