Good Customer service specifically Malcolm. Very helpful and patient. The only downside is that the staff who was incharged of sending $200 worth of virtual visa reward card, claimed that she Very helpful and patient. I have been checking my spam, trash and inbox folder over and over for 5 days but have not seen email from her. I learned that the visa card was already redeemed 5 days ago by her. I called to clarify the matter but I was not able to reach her, so I called the Director. Thankfully the Director assisted me to get it straightened and the concerned staff eventually called and sent the reward visa to me successfully. Overall, the experience was great. More

Amanda got us started on the financial piece and we were able to complete the process with Mark the next day. (I should note that I had not intended to purchase a new car even though my husband and I had discussed the possibility. We had to bring the title and extra key fob for our trade-in the next day. Jacob Markiton, our sales expert, was well educated on the products, patiently showed us many options, would've helped us special order a car but worked with the management and we ended up buying the show room floor 2023 Ascent Onyx Edition! Mark Pandos, the finance guru, helped us get this car at a great rate and explained everything to set us up for future success. Finally, Kenny Sice, the tech genius, spent time teaching my wife and I all the cool tech features of the SUV and how to set the car up for us to drive it off the lot that evening with total confidence. The crew stayed past closing to make sure everything was perfect before we left that night. The whole experience was everything my wife and I could ask for and beyond.
