We had a terrible experience at this dealership. It very much felt like we got roped into a bait and switch. We were working with Mitchell to track down a vehicle in a specific color. He said he It very much felt like we got roped into a bait and switch. We were working with Mitchell to track down a vehicle in a specific color. He said he would check to see if he could get the vehicle. He let us know he was able to get it but would need a $500 deposit to start the transfer process, which we gave him. He made it sound like it was a done deal and they were actively working on getting the vehicle to Savannah. A few days later came back and told us he couldn't get us the color we wanted but he had another color on the lot he could sell us. Extremely disappointing. We definitely won't be back. The only good thing is that we got our deposit back quickly and we were able to find our color with another dealership. More
