When I decided to buy newer, I found the car, the dealership and the best sales consultant, Chris Nichols, who spent all the time needed with me to help me choose, work through the details, and then introduce this grown-up version of my old car to me. Chris was patient, and did everything I asked (I'm not an easy person). I inadvertently had left my prescriptioned sunglasses in the old Lexus, and he hunted them down for me the next day. Both Chris and Al Chester were experienced and a joy to work with. They both made letting go of my old car easy and getting into the new one a real treat! Thank you. More
