Best Dealership! Best Salesperson (Nick Smith)! I bought a new Vehicle recently from Chatham Parkway Lexus and this dealership is hands down the best dealership I have ever been to! I first spoke I bought a new Vehicle recently from Chatham Parkway Lexus and this dealership is hands down the best dealership I have ever been to! I first spoke to Hollie on the phone and she was so nice and very helpful! When I arrived at the dealership the car I was interested in was sitting there waiting for me along with THE BEST salesperson, NICK SMITH, ever!! Nick was super nice and very helpful! He went above and beyond! Even when my husband finally showed up and tried to sway my decision on which vehicle to choose, Nick helped show us both vehicles and explained each one in detail. The whole team I worked with (Nick, Hollie, Al, and Adam) at Chatham parkway Lexus were amazing! They really acted like a great team and were not pushy at all! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone and of course tell them to ask for Nick Smith! More

No slick, snakey, high pressure sales tactics like I experienced at Vaden. Nick was all class. Although I didn't end up buying at this time I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy. They will give you a run for your money, I am still dealing with issues from 3 months ago! Right, what a joke! After receiving several Lexus's with dents, scratches. Along with poor customer service from the manager, general manager! I finally received a car that came with no scratches, dents. But I was promised a check from the Lexus Headquarters, & we are soon to be going on two months with no reimbursement check! I must say I should have NEVER EVER signed for this new car! I have never in my life felt so unhappy driving a piece of JUNK! Yes, that is what this car is a $47,000 outrageous piece of JUNK! As far as future services go, I WILL NOT BE taking my car to the LEXUS dealership! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! !!. I took my 2004 RX330 with 130,000 miles on it in for a recall dash replacement. When I went to pick my car up 2 Days WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! !!. I took my 2004 RX330 with 130,000 miles on it in for a recall dash replacement. When I went to pick my car up 2 Days Later the service rep said it wouldn't crank that the battery was dead. I have not had any problem with it the battery was 2 years old but OK I need a new battery. He replaces the battery the car is still struggling to stay cranked. He suggests that it must be the alternator and that possibly the alternator must have gone bad while it was passing through the carwash and that was why it went undetected by the technicians and the alternator must have blown the battery. they suggest that I need to replace the alternator I have my own mechanic so I did not want to let Lexus do it I told him that I would take it to my own mechanic he said that I might need to have it towed as it again was struggling to stay running. I decide on my own I'm going to risk it my mechanic is only 10 minutes away my mechanic tells me just don't use any lights air-conditioning ect okay no problem. I get to my mechanics and leave it there and go back to work he brings it to Me 2 hours later there is nothing wrong with my car it needed an IDOL RELEARN (Google it..its basically when your car battery has been disconnected for any length of time it needs to relearn how to idle very common ) . I take it back to lexus the next morning letting them know what had gone on and the fact that not only did I not need an alternator but I probably didn't need the battery that I just bought. I expected them to give me a service loaner and look it over and make sure all the computers were reprogrammed as because my mechanic had only gotten to some of them not all of them my back window's still didn't work. I spoke with the service manager he reset the programming on my back windows and dismissed me and said all he did was change out the dash and couldn't help that I needed a battery I informed him that I brought my mechanic with me this morning and he could explain it to him. He has my mechanic and myself sit down in his office he goes back to get the printout for my battery again insisting that all he did was change out the dash my mechanic suggest that if the car was not towed in it should not have needed to be towed out I guess this angered guess this angered the service manager at that point he is standing both hands on the desk leaning over hovering and barking at us that if my mechanic can fix it then my mechanic should fix it and that my car is old it has 130,000 miles on it and it will be probably be needing a new alternator soon with raised voice I am explaining to him that my car is just getting broken in I bought a Lexus because I know it will go 300,000 miles I have not had any problems with my Lexus whatsoever. The service managers body language was that of extreme intimidation and anger and my mechanic suggest that he sits down before he gets pissed off. At this point we are told to leave. I am beside myself I could not believe what just happened I was very loud and did a little bit of swearing out in the service center and immediately went over to the the front desk and ask to speak to the GM .The GM was nowhere to be found. the girl up at the front desk was trying to get him on the phone there was an elderly gentleman there that was trying to listen to me and I told him how very upset I was I was about in tears and shaking all over I actually apologized to him for my behavior in the service center because it is very unlike me. I had been at the front desk for about 5 minutes or so when the service manager walks up and exclaims very loudly that if I did not move my vehicle he would have it towed. I leave I called the GM he finally answers and insist that he will call me back after he talks to his staff he calls me back about an hour later. long story short he was of no help whatsoever he wanted to refund my money for my battery but no acknowledgement of how rude his staff was to me nor did he acknowledge that they did anything wrong at all by selling me a battery that I didn't need nor did I need an alternator because my car is running fine. Actually wanted to buy a new NX but that will not be happening because if I have to have it serviced here I will not buy one TAKING IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL More

Poor Service I had to make 7 x 40" 1 way trips to Service to fix a single problem. It was misdiagnosed at first, but I still had to Pay $1700 for the problem which persisted. Each time I took it in, a new problem would arise which Service would deny they caused. After paying them more than $3000, the car is now sluggish and I am reluctant to take the car to them again. I have owned 5 Lexus cars. This is the worst Lexus DealershipI have ever been to, and I have been to many in several states. More

She gives us plenty of warning on more expensive repairs & lets us build plans & services that work with our financial needs! We just LOVE this place. Jessica should be given a raise, cause she has kept us loyal costumers for years! We wont even get a tire plugged somewhere else, we don't carry that trust with any other car companies!! More
