Best Car Buying Experience I visited the dealership looking for a used Certified Lexus. I had plans to meet with Sam Grant, but due to the birth of my daughter, plans got delaye I visited the dealership looking for a used Certified Lexus. I had plans to meet with Sam Grant, but due to the birth of my daughter, plans got delayed. Sam could not have been more understanding and helpful with rescheduling and communication. The whole process went very smooth. My wife and I left with a great car and smiles on our faces. I highly recommend this dealership. The professionalism and attitude of the staff was next caliber. Sam Grant is your salesman!!! Thanks to Sam Grant, my Lexus experience was amazing! I purchased my car back in September and am completely satisfied. Although when I first arrived Thanks to Sam Grant, my Lexus experience was amazing! I purchased my car back in September and am completely satisfied. Although when I first arrived, I did have a rocky experience with an salesman/associate but you cant hold the company liable because their employee is having a bad day. Address it and allow it to be handled. How and when it is handled is not the customers business. Sam definitely took care of me thereafter. I am still pending work and a refund which is totally my fault so I will see how this goes moving forward, as I have read some of the reviews and it seems a little scary. As a business owner, myself, humans have some of the highest expectations ever (of businesses) and think that they can move mountains in a split second and unfortunately, it doesn't work like that. I hope that Sam continues to work with Lexus and if you have a desire to purchase a new car, go see Sam! He is they guy. More

"From Infinity to Beyond (Lexus)" I owned two Infinity cars (coupe and sedan) but needed to replaced the coupe. Sam Grant worked diligently but not overwhelming to find the right situa I owned two Infinity cars (coupe and sedan) but needed to replaced the coupe. Sam Grant worked diligently but not overwhelming to find the right situation for me. Lexus had never impressed me as a brand however the professionalism, product knowledge and customer environment swayed me to reconsider. The customer experience has been consistent in the financing and service areas as well. Because my expectation are satisfied, I will probably bring my other Infinity to Chatham Parkway until I switch over completely. :-) More
