Went in for a tire rotation and brake flush. I was told I definitely needed to change my spark plugs. I agreed and was given a quote of $412. Well all of a sudden I needed a battery. Mind you th I was told I definitely needed to change my spark plugs. I agreed and was given a quote of $412. Well all of a sudden I needed a battery. Mind you this is the 3rd battery replacement. I will have it checked tomorrow to make sure it is a new battery. I was told my tires can't be rotated because I need new tires😡 So the sparkplugs, the battery and brake flush turned out to be $802.58. As I'm reading my paperwork the battery price is half of what was told I owed. Don't forget the 3hrs I was stalled in Richmond Hill with an electric vehicle (loaner) that was forced on me. I asked can I please have a car that's compatible to my car. "We don't have any", but it was discovered that there was multiple vehicles that was gas. Walked in and I was immediately welcomed by Mr. Grant. I let him know what i wanted and he found it. I was hesitant at first about purchasing my first car but Mr. Grant made my experience very smooth and m let him know what i wanted and he found it. 12/28/2021 The service department has a lot to be desired. Steve Verdi, the service manager is the rudest man that I have ever met!! Buying a Lexus is the biggest regret of my life due to the service I have received from Chatham Parkway Lexus!! I paid for my air conditioner amplifier to be reprogramed and it was NOT. My air conditioner is still blowing HOT air. Steve Verdi told me, "Do not ever come back to my store! We will NOT service your car since you called Lexus Corporation on us." Steve Verdi then threw my paperwork and keys into my car. I have called and reported this to Lexus. I have also called and left several messages for the General Manager to call me, but I have not received a phone call from him. DO NOT USE CHATHAM PARKWAY LEXUS!!! THEY SAID THEY REPAIRED MY LEXUS, BUT THEY DID NOT!! $562.14 This has to be the worst I have ever been treated by a car dealership!!! More
