I bought a high mileage used truck as is with no warranty. I had problems on the drive home. Chastang Ford offered to either take the truck back or fix it even though they certainly did not have t warranty. I had problems on the drive home. Chastang Ford offered to either take the truck back or fix it even though they certainly did not have to do either. They even offered me a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired over the Thanksgiving holiday. This is a first class customer service dealership all the way. More

Zero assistance after purchasing a used vehicle. One week after buying I spent $2,000 on right front end replacement. The dealership showed me everything I asked to see, made a video so I could see and hear everything (engine, revving, AC, horn, everything) even took pictures of specific sections of the owners manual I requested to see…the dealership picked me up from the airport and had me in/out within an hour so I could get on the road home.
