I brought my 2005 ssr for a shifting transmission problem and 30000 mile service they fixed the problem with the transmission did the service but locked my console that I don’t have a key for and told me to and 30000 mile service they fixed the problem with the transmission did the service but locked my console that I don’t have a key for and told me to leave my car with them for another day, I didn’t want to leave it for another day because I need my car for transportation. I went to day and night key service and they said I had to get a key from GM parts which they do not have so now I have a locked console that I can’t use! More

Needs better oil change services, every oil change I have experienced would examine the car and if they find something they said what you can fix. I live in a remote area about 1. 5 hours from Chase Chevrolet. Had an issue with my car and brought it to Chase. Nic was great! Very understanding, arraigned for a rental car and k 5 hours from Chase Chevrolet. Had an issue with my car and brought it to Chase. Nic was great! Very understanding, arraigned for a rental car and kept in touch during the process. Found out the issue was under warranty and there was no charge and also waived the car rental cost. I have Nic on speed dial now and Chase Chevrolet has a customer for life. Keep up the great service levels! More
