I was told my vehicle would be completed within two days, but it's was there nearly a week. I completely understand that issues happen, parts may not be in stock, technicians has family issues, but I was not but it's was there nearly a week. I called multiple times and just kept getting voicemail. I had to call the office to have him paged on one occasion. My mother also called on one occasion and spoke to the office about the poor communication we were receiving. More

I was not given a reason why my vehicle had leaked over 2 qts of my engine oil. I have gotten all my services at Chase dealership and was just told I would have to pay for an oil change regardless without gi qts of my engine oil. Just seemed to take long. I know they were busy but 3 hours was long. also when I bought my truck. Due to chip shortage, i was told just need to add chip when available. Long time customer. Most times repairs are spot on. Would like to see better communication between parties (service writer to customer, service writer to tech, etc).
