I brought my 2005 ssr for a shifting transmission problem and 30000 mile service they fixed the problem with the transmission did the service but locked my console that I don’t have a key for and told me to and 30000 mile service they fixed the problem with the transmission did the service but locked my console that I don’t have a key for and told me to leave my car with them for another day, I didn’t want to leave it for another day because I need my car for transportation. I went to day and night key service and they said I had to get a key from GM parts which they do not have so now I have a locked console that I can’t use! More

Needs better oil change services, every oil change I have experienced would examine the car and if they find something they said what you can fix. This place lacks deeply on that, not just that but if you as experienced would examine the car and if they find something they said what you can fix. I live in a remote area about 1. 5 hours from Chase Chevrolet. Had an issue with my car and brought it to Chase. Nic was great! Very understanding, arraigned for a rental car and k 5 hours from Chase Chevrolet. Had an issue with my car and brought it to Chase. Nic was great! Very understanding, arraigned for a rental car and kept in touch during the process. Found out the issue was under warranty and there was no charge and also waived the car rental cost. Your staff is friendly enough, but not too attentive to detail. I had a spare tire in the back of my truck and they put a new tire on the spare tire that I had put on to get there and then I had to make tw detail.
