I found that chase Chevrolet was dishonest shady uncaring unhelpful and didn’t care I bought a used Silverado during Covid time and granted it was true that they had no inventory in either new or used vehicl unhelpful and didn’t care I bought a used Silverado during Covid time and granted it was true that they had no inventory in either new or used vehicles all dealerships had nothing all car rental agencies had no cars to rent I was told I was buying a certified used vehicle and the homemade window sticker showing price and details disappeared after finished purchasing it the salesman when i asked where it was at he told me it was in with my contract in my warranty binder well if wasn’t so i called back next day and they had no idea where it was at so now it’s. Pre certified vehicle there’s more this nightmare but nobody cared 3 years ago so they won’t care now I left a review on chase Chevrolets website my first mistake was telling them I had cash money and didn’t want to spend it all but I did amazing huh. More

Not satisfied due to the following 1. The brake fluid leak was on going issue and was brought in several times when the truck was still in warranty but according to techs the leak could n The brake fluid leak was on going issue and was brought in several times when the truck was still in warranty but according to techs the leak could not be found. 2. I found the leak and where to look and advised service tech. 3. I understand that the truck is now not under warranty but due to it being an on going issue that was identified prior to the warranty expiring I feel that the Labor should have been covered and I should have only have had to pay for the parts if anything as a compromise. I am sure the on board ECU should have had the information how often the low fluid level was alarmed and at what milage it was triggered 4. Repair date was extended due to scheduling and or parts not being ordered in a timely fashion More
