I was the third vehicle in line to get my oil changed at 7:00am. An employee called in sick and it took an hour and forty minutes to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Tyler told his co-workers to complete my truck as I was further in line. However, they didn’t listen. The mechanics started at 7 and drank coffee before changing anyone’s oil. I bought my vehicle from John Chase and would highly recommend the dealership. However, I’ll go to Sanborn Chevrolet next time to get my oil changed.
