I was not given a reason why my vehicle had leaked over 2 qts of my engine oil. I have gotten all my services at Chase dealership and was just told I would have to pay for an oil change regardless without gi qts of my engine oil. Long time customer. Most times repairs are spot on. Would like to see better communication between parties (service writer to customer, service writer to tech, etc).
