Just seemed to take long. I know they were busy but 3 hours was long. also when I bought my truck. Due to chip shortage, i was told just need to add chip when available. I was not given a reason why my vehicle had leaked over 2 qts of my engine oil. I have gotten all my services at Chase dealership and was just told I would have to pay for an oil change regardless without gi qts of my engine oil. I have gotten all my services at Chase dealership and was just told I would have to pay for an oil change regardless without given a reason why my engine oil leaked. I believe I should have not had to pay for my oil change due to the reason why my vehicle leaked the oil was because of my prior service which I had gotten there at Chase Chevrolet. More

Long time customer. Most times repairs are spot on. Would like to see better communication between parties (service writer to customer, service writer to tech, etc). I am considering other repair shop options to save money. Understand costs are higher across the board but would like to see some effort to make costs more affordable to the customer. More
